What am i doing? Trying to lose weight + Review of Fit in your jeans by Friday.

          My recent purchase ( actually a gift) is the Jillian Michaels Step. I am trying the most common and hopefully a good way of lose weight, Diet and exercise.

         I also got three Kim Kardashian  workout DVD's. I am not crazy about her, but I love the the workout DVD's (FIT in your JEANS by FRIDAY). There are three of them.


Kim Kardashian: Fit In Your Jeans by Friday: Ultimate Butt Body SculptThe Pink one is called "Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt". This is a serious butt workout. This is an intermediate workout. Equipment needed is a Step and weights. I think you can do it without weights at first. And then add up. This is an anaerobic workout with a little cardio because of the Step.
I love that her trainer Jennifer Galardi is with her making sure all the moves are perfect. This is great cause it feels like you are getting a lesson on proper form and technique. Which is exactly what you need when you are doing anaerobic exercises!





Kim Kardashian: Fit In Your Jeans by Friday: Amazing Abs Body SculptThe blue one is "Amazing abs body sculpt". This is not the best ab workout which is strange because I wanted this set for the ab workout. I guess i have to search for another ab workout DVD. But is a fine workout if you are looking for a beginner ab workout. You need hand weights and a step.





Kim Kardashian: Fit In Your Jeans by Friday: Butt Blasting Cardio StepThis is my favorite of the three ," Butt Blasting Cardio Step". As mentioned above I use Jillian's Step. I just use it with one block instead of two. If you have step you know what i'm talking about.
This is just a basic step exercise. But a good 50 minute cardio workout. Equipment needed is just a step. This workout is somewhere between intermediate and beginner. Not too hard not too easy. Great if feel lazy and want a good cardio workout at home.




So basically I am going to be on a strict diet and exercise routine. Other than the workout DVD's, I'm also going to my local indoor pool. I want to lose alt least lose 10 pounds by the end of April. Which is a realistic goal for me. I will be posting my diet plan in the next post.

The thing about my body is that weight loss is hard for me. It takes me very little time to gain weight back. I know this is going to be hard for me but I will try everything I can to stay fit and in shape.

My workout goal is to workout 5 to 6 times a week.
I started this week. And I am going to be very strict about it.

So far...
March 18th Friday :- Butt blasting cardio DVD
March 19th Saturday:- Swimming 45 minutes
March 20th Sunday:-Nothing ! I know!! I over worked my arm during swimming. I need to get my proper form back!!!
March 21st Monday:- Butt Blasting cardio DVD.
